I'm sorry you felt that way Mr. Nicholson but we have no recollection of you ever coming to this office and as far as you being black would never have anything to do with that. My employees boyfriend is black so I don't know where this is coming from, she would have NEVER been rude, no matter if you were a customer or not! We have been in business since 1975 and have a great reputation I don't appreciate you trying to slander my name.

The obese woman Caucasian behind the desk of is really rude. I didn't know customers greet people, and when i said "have a good day" she looked at me like i was stupid. I was polite, but that doesn't matter because I'm Black. she looked like she automatically hated me because of that. I would never come here at all. Just sad

We would like to thank neighborhood Insurance my wife and I we did some research and checked around we've been driving for years a lot of companies when charging is ridiculous money to have a brand new car on the road as well as I have an older car on the road we went to Neighborhood insurance they got us the most inexpensive rate I think I've ever seen in my life to a register and insure a vehicle and still have the proper Massachusetts coverage and liability in case anybody got hurt God for forbid knock on wood in an accident or whatever the case may be once again thank you neighborhood insurance we are glad we transfer it over to you

Went to neighborhood for a huge commercial auto and liability policy. The only place to walk you through the entire process rather then sending a stack of papers and saying figure it out. Also the best price by far. Great service. Great experience.

Very friendly and received lower insurance than i was paying. Commerc is a great company. This agency is top notch! Would defenitely recommend.
