*UPDATE: I was contacted by Jason after posting my review. He was able to get my rates lowered that day. He was apologetic and I am happy with my current policies now. I contacted my agent, Jason LeCheminant, over a month and a half ago when I got my renewal premium that had been continuously increasing. I asked to see if he could find a better rate for me. Over the course of the next 6 weeks I contacted him again and again, (12 emails to be exact) without him following through on getting any information for me. Even just to tell me that my rates were currently the best they could offer. I could have accepted that, but to just be stringed along by him saying he’d let me know, he’s checking into it, he’ll get back to me, then never does. It’s beyond frustrating and bad business. Save yours

My family and I have worked with him for years, and would not even think about going anywhere else. He works as hard as possible to get you the best policy and it is worth every penny. It is super affordable and extremely competitive. And the best thing about working with him is I know he is there for me, 24-7, whenever I need help with anything. I never worry about anything and know he will quickly respond to a call or text. Whether it's car, home, life insurance, etc. we get it all through Jason!

Jason LeCheminant, one of the agents with Neal Dastrup Insurance, is the most honest, reliable, and genuine guy you will meet in the business. From day one he found ways to save us money! Jason is not only our agent for personal home & auto insurance but also for our business insurance as well. My in-laws were so impressed by our rates and the awesome service that we received they switch all of their policies over with Jason as well. They had been with State Farm for well over 30 years! I'd give zero stars if I could. I used their services for 25 years with no accidents! My lifestyle changed & I required different insurance needs. Over the course of several weeks I never spoke to the same person twice and they could not take care of my insurance needs even after telling them exactly which company would insure me. I had to call the insurance provider directly and set it all up myself. Meanwhile Neal Dastrup agents never cancelled my previous insurance provider despite my calling to verify the cancellation date, so now the previous insurance company has taken over $400 out of my account. It's been over 2 months now and I still do not have my money back. Do not use them!! They work for the insurance company, not you! They will not work to get you the best company or quote.

We have worked with Jason at Neal Dastrup for a few years now and not only is he a great friend, but he is a trustworthy, hard working and a loyal insurance agent. He is very helpful day or night. If you have questions or concerns he is more than happy to help you out. We cannot see how we could go anywhere else. Thanks for all you do Jason!
