I reached out today for assistance from the Neal Agency, Inc. Looking for Medicare Part D help and direction. This was actually for my 85 yr old mother! Her current provider is no longer offering this service for thev2026 fiscal year. I was told by Carolyn Neal that since I was not a current customer, she could not assist us. I may have been able to offer other business, depending on the quality of service by this organization. I guess they don't want new business!
