Farm Bureau are usually friendly people from my experience in the past, but today when I walked in to get a new policy. The agent James Shane Whitaker made a face like he didn’t want to see me. Then in his office proceeded to take my information down without looking over my documents. He spelled my first and last name with random letters, as well my phone number and address. Nothing matched. They should look into him or drug test him because he had no idea.

Farm Bureau of Yadkinville is my new insurer for home and cars and maybe more in the near future. Local staff, local coverage, local responsibility, local access, local knowledge. My new agent attended to my needs immediately and had my new policies implemented in less than 24 hours and on time for closing of my new home. Just had a wonderful conversation with gene on the phone, we went over some quotes, she help me figure some things out with a car and was really relatable and charismatic!!!! Was originally calling to transfer my Farm Bureau service to Mount airy where I live but keeping it in Yadkinville after this!!!!
