Tammy at the Walnut Cove office is always so helpful and keeps all my insurance needs straight. Can’t say enough good things about Hunter Langholz and his team here! Highly recommend.

This insurance company is horrible. They don’t listen and when something happens they say no one told us anything. My truck was hit twice in a matter of 3 years. No fault on my end but anyway my insurance company seems to think I want to have small car as a replacement vehicle taking the place of my 2500 ram. First time ok fix my policy so I can have a full size truck suv in it place. Now we are back in same situation and they say no one told us anything. Another thing they did is add my daughter to the insurance policy and she doesn’t even have her license yet. Both times we have had problems with this FB. Can’t say that’s how the others are. I don’t recommend this one in particular.

Heather was great, she ensured I got the best coverage for my family and was very easy to work with, she cares about her community and the folks she is helping.

Have had issues every since switching to Farm bureau. I was up at office last month dealing with tag issue on daughter car and lady said dont worry I'll get it taken care of well not taken care of and gonna cost me more money thanks to Farm bureau.

Great people that actually know your name. Been with them since 1989 don't plan to change either.
