NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been a client with Farm Bureau Insurance for about 15 years now and they have been the best insurance company I have ever used. They even gave me a credit for a security system I had installed before I became a client with them. They are always able to answer my questions and solve any concerns I have had.

I have had Insurance through Farm Bureau for a long time and I have never had a bad experience with them. They do a great job providing competitive rates and good quality service. I like to support local business and I have always been very happy with them.

Great insurance company & rates, that is until you have to actually use them. Since my wreck i’ve had to do everything myself! I had to find my own rental (Cause Enterprise was booked out in over 5 locations), AFTER wasting my time going to an Enterprise just to find out it didn’t matter that I had a reservation because they had NO vehicles available. So I ended up having to call around and find a private rental company, giving them my information , then contact the insurance .. once again so that I would have something to drive. Along with that I had to pay my insurance up for an additional month so have coverage for that rental. I’ve had to call my bank several times to let them know my car has been totaled so that they can stop taking out a payment for a car that isn’t on the road. It’s
