NC Farm Bureau Insurance

My family worked with Royce for years so I kept our policy with this office even though I don’t live locally. Recently, an office error on their part was quite expensive for me. I attempted to communicate and after delays, excuses, and different answers from everyone involved in this, ultimately no recourse. I’m disappointed that this situation was not handled well. I don’t feel good about working with this office any longer because the attention to detail is not there. I wholeheartedly believe it was once an outstanding group, but not at this time.
