NC Farm Bureau Insurance

Horrible service. Was hit in mid Oct and the rep took over a month to return my phones call. Even that was only after reaching out to our agent and asking for her boss. Cannot recommend Farm Bureau.

Farm Bureau Mebane location has the worst Customer Service. Jenna Lang was the representative and the tone that she thought was ok to use with a customer was not acceptable. Of course asking to speak with someone in management, only to be advised that management was not available. This branch does NOT value their members. We will be taking our business to an insurance company that provides great customer service and value their customers. Shame on you Farm Bureau.

I am so frustrated and disappointed. I had a hit and run on my vehicle Dec.14th, it is now Jan.13th and I still haven’t received the check to cover the cost of getting my drivers side mirror replaced. It took for me to have to reach out to my agent because the adjuster was not responding by email nor was he returning my calls or text. He started responding after my agent spoke to him. When I finally did speak to the adjuster he was not apologetic at all and didn’t acknowledge why he had not gotten back to me about my claim. He called me Dec.29th and said my check would be sent out. Still haven’t received anything. This is my first time filing a claim since I became a member in 2019, if my car insurance wasn’t due Jan.11th, I would have found somewhere else to go but I definitely will when

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Clueless local offices. Good luck if you get in an accident outside of business hours. In addition to being clueless, they don’t pay their bills. I was in an accident, had full coverage plus rental car coverage. Months later the rental car company over drafted my bank account because turns out Farm Bureau never paid the rental company. They mailed me directly a reimbursement check but it was like pulling teethe and they sent it to the wrong address. Additionally, had a hit and run, very mild damage, had it fixed for free by an authorized auto body shop because all it required was just a good buffing our. Have NCFBI for home and car insurance. We have a much better quote from Geico on our car insurance and called see the price change if we were to only have home owners insurance (removing the car). He tried to sell me on reasons to stay but when I told him price was my #1 concern he seemed to get irritated. I was told that if I switch car insurance to switch homeowners too because I was going to be canceled anyway at renewal.
