My husband and I had been with Allstate for 25+ years and had cars, house, etc all bundled there. Due to a decrease in customer service and increase in prices, we shopped around and found Gini through a mutual friend. Where to start, I was a customer for 5+ years and for the last 2+ years I relentlessly tried to get them to cancel the insurance on one of my vehicles that’s was inoperable an they would not do it. They claimed I had not signed their cancellation form, the very form I singed standing in there office over 2+ years ago as well as docusigning a copy when it was emailed it to me. If this is not unethical enough the day I switched insurance carriers last month they had the audacity to draft this months premium of $375.00 “even though I’m no longer a customer” from my checking account. Today marks the 16 days since this happened and they have yet to reimbursed the funds they “call it what you want, I call it stole” from my checking account. Best regards, FF
