NC Farm Bureau Insurance

Farm Bureau has been great, setting up our new Insurance for our home and Auto's. It's been super affordable, too. Our representative is awesome. When you have a question, she responds as soon as possible. Thanks everyone.

Every year I "shop" around for auto insurance to see where the market is. I wasn't planning to switch, but a couple of things happened to cause a switch. First, my current insurer raised our rates despite us having no accidents, claims, etc. When I inquired as to why, I was told since we were renewing, I no longer had the "new customer" discount. I was never told that our initial rate reflected this supposed discount. To make a long story short I found Jennifer at NC Farm Bureau. She was extremely patient, professional and genuinely interested in what coverages worked best for us. Knowing that IF we ever need service or have questions, she's a phone call away and local is the best kind of insurance policy! 5 stars to her!

Not every Farm Bureau is the same. I have had a great relationship with Lindsay for several years. She wasn’t available last week and Jessica stepped in and went above and beyond. Norm has a great crew. I can’t recommend them enough.
