NC Farm Bureau Insurance

My husband is my agent and agency manager. I know how much he cares for his customers and Perquimans County. His phone is always on and he answers so many calls after hours and on weekends. His customers appreciate being able to talk with him and his advice.

This is the worst insurance company ever. You took my money and then a month later you canceled my policy. I called the agent Jason several times and left messages for an explanation and as of today I have not gotten a callback. The worst company and would not recommend

This is absolutely the worst insurance company ever this office because they don’t know what they’re talking about and Farm Bureau in general because they’re a bunch of scamming thieving SOBs they insured our house took our money and then canceled the policy and now we’re having a very hard time getting a refund for the money they Owe me Looks like I’ll have to get a lawyer to fight this one buyer beware do not use Farm Bureau insurance for anything not even your dog house

The agent and the front desk ladies were very accommodating and pleasant.

Great courteous, kind, caring people, Location is easy to get to.
