NC Farm Bureau Insurance

We now have to pay for our home owners insurance and the wind and hail policy's sent our home is paid off. The Farm Bureau worked with to to help us get a payment plan going for the insurance. They are very nice there.

The old adage which says that you find out who your true friends are in a crisis is true! After the recent cold weather we all experienced in Elizabeth City, my lovely house fell to serious water damage. I was reluctant to make a claim at first fearing I would ultimately lose my insurance. However, when I contacted my agent, Kent Hill, he went right to work on my claim. Not only was my house inspected for damages in a matter of days -- not, weeks! I received a check almost immediately. I am so impressed with the team at NC Farm Bureau Elizabeth City. Kent Hill wrote an excellent policy for my house, and the customer service has also been excellent. Before, I explored FB, a friend recommended another company which I checked out first. Needless to say, I was not impressed with their customer

Apparently they don’t want your business. Inquired 2 different times about homeowners insurance online and received calls back promptly. After asking for quotes. Never received any emails or phone calls since.

My first time here and it was a very positive visit. I look forward to doing business here.
