I wish there was a way to put ZERO stars because this company is less than 1 star! We moved to North Carolina March 2023 and our realtor recommended Richard Shaw To take care of our insurance needs. He did everything but that. This agent and company cares nothing about his clients. He cared more about getting the sell Then making sure we had the correct coverage that we needed. Unfortunately, May 2024 My house was burglarized And some punk stole both of my kids dirt bikes out of our locked and attached garage. They pried open our side door with a crowbar and took off with my kids Dirt bikes, totaling near 20k. We filed a claim, and this office made us jump through all kinds of hoops by making us fill out an inventory list of the things that were taken provide receipt, receipts and get it n
