She took the time to carefully review all of my policies, explain my options, and make sure my home was fully and properly covered. I had the pleasure of working with Joyce Matthews on getting homeowners and wind and hail insurance. She was very friendly, professional and more than helpful. We assumed homeowners insurance was paid at closing as it was included in the closing figures.
