NC Farm Bureau Insurance

PLEASE stay away from this insurance! They are the WORSE! I had one accident after many years of being with this insurance and they simply took my full coverage away without informing me via call or text! And I'm still financing my vehicle so I have to have full coverage! THIS INSURANCE SUCKS!

I've been pleased with NC Farm Bureau since switching to them over 20 years ago. I've used this office for about 5 years for both home and auto and typically have good service.

This is a joke doing business with this people’s. Last year around November 2018 I renewed my home and car insurance for another 6 months. At that time for renewal I spoke with Jason Yarborough who’s in charge on that office and did not said anything to me about any extra fees or any additional documentation for me to present for renewal. Three or four months later to be specific on February I got an invoice from his office with the amount of $2,000.00 without any previous notification meaning that bill came from nowhere. I did call him to confront all this fees and asked why you did not notify me at the beginning of my renewal or why did not said anything to me about any additional documentation I need it for renewal. I've used this Farm Bureau location for my Home and Auto for about 8 years now. My dealing have always been with Jason Yarborough & Christy Ivey. The entire staff at this location is always helpful and does a good job.

Great service. Switched to them and got better coverage on my truck with a much better price!!
