I always had bad experience with dealing with insurance, until I came across Reynolds insurance. Laklyn Rodgers has been super nice & helpful. She’s been patient with me & guided me with the best quote. She’s highly recommended & I would recommend her to everybody! Thank you so much!

Personally , I hate dealing with companies when it comes to insurance or anything because they never answer the phone and when they do they always have freaking attitudes ! But Mrs. Laklyn Rogers she’s so patient and kind with her customers she’ll make you rethink your perspective about customer service and insurance companies . She genuinely cares about her customers and she’s not here to make a sell. She answers any questions you have with ease and she makes sure she finds you the best policy possible so both parties are being benefitted when it comes to her . She gets her sell and you get a good rate on insurance companies. It’s crazy because not to put her business out she left the company I usually do my insurance with and went to an even better company ! What’s crazier is I found her

We had a problem with our account and Mika went above and beyond to get it corrected. We were very pleased with her perseverance to get it taken care of. If you need help with insurance, she is highly recommended!!

I personally hate dealing with insurance companies and their automated systems but I called NavSav in Reynolds and I actually got to speak with a lady named Lakeland and to say the least she was really helpful and she never put me on an annoying musical hold she actually took the time to walk me through my policy choices and I have to say that I give this young lady a 10/10 review!! She is AWESOME!!

10 out 10! If I could rate this company 10 stars, I would!!! Ms. Laklyn has been super helpful. She answered every question I had with patience. Not once, did I feel rushed. Will definitely refer more customers!
