I don’t like to leave a bad review. Luke took care of My Commercial Insurance last June. He went way above and beyond to get Me insurance before the deadline. We put a huge down payment down and financed the balance.We discussed the interest rate of 13 point something and He negotiated it down to 9 point something.Now 8 months later I find out it was never lowered, so after a few phone calls I basically was told I’m not so many words I was SOL since I don’t have documentation. Like no longer works for this agency but did reach out and tell them that I was telling the truth.
