Price and communication are keys for me. NavSav hit a homerun on both with my vehicle insurance. The best price I could find. I would have given a 5 star rating but they couldn't lower my current home insurance that I have through a different company. Vehicle insurance dropped alot with NavSav!

I spoke today to the most polite and helpful woman named Ashton Devine’s. I was stressed about asking for help on a recent form I submitted. Within just minutes her kind and understanding voice she calmed me down and helped me with my phone on how to take care of my needs. I was so blessed to have her help me and I wanted her employer to know how I appreciated her concerns for me. Probably the most expensive stupid mistake I've made. Googled allstate agents near me and ended up speaking with them. Paid $190 down $156 for the first bill and still owe them $28 after my policy was canceled without warning. Just a letter in the mail saying I didn't send required documents so I'm dropped. Terrible experience and I will never have a good word to say to them! Almost $400 for 1 month of auto insurance.

I wasnt very happy when my husband hit deer with my truck and i hit one with his car and my insurance wouldnt pay for my car my husbands insurance did because we was married and had different insurance
