I have been going to these guys for almost 2 years. I absolutely love the people there. I deal with Andrew. We paid a payment one month, saw him and his wife at a restaurant later that evening, and he is the same great person outside of the office as he is in it. His wife is very sweet too, not to mention very beautiful. Andrew lucked out with that one. Thank you guys for being so great, and helping anytime help is needed. There's been a couple of times I've need some help and he's super fast and great at his job.

I met them 2 years ago when I bought a small business that used them. Since then, I've been gradually moving all my business and personal insurance to them. Andrew gives SUPERB service. He's always looking after my needs, my risks, and my wallet! Most of all he is a fantastic human being. I'm delighted to work with them and recommend them highly.

Love everything and everyone at the cross city office. Thanks Tommy and Tiffany for working with me. Very patient and caring. But very willing to take all your money too. Typical insurance agencies. It's not the workers fault that they are progressive is so greedy.

I had a very bad experience 😕 here. Seems as though a quote 🤔 is too hard for them to do for you unless your part of the good old boy system. They wanted to charge me $497 for PIP ONLY... Instead of running me a new quote. I called another local insurance office and they charged me less than $100 dollars for my PIP policy. I can't stress enough, SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU HAND THE MONEY TO THEM! Dixie county is too poor for these guys bashing poor folks over the head like this. I am absolutely 💯 offended.

The receptionist is nice, but that's as far as I would go with this company. The agent was rude didn't know his job, and didn't do his job at all. I recommend anywhere but here.
