They put the wrong name and ownership information on my account and admit they messed up, but won't/can't fix it. I cannot access my retirement funds and they just send my calls in circles blaming eachother. Don't trust them to do anything with your money. My next step will be a lawyer
Terrible company. I have been trying to move my money away from them and it is painful. Roadblock after roadblock after incompetent error. Take the time, move your money to Charles Schwab and put these morons behind you.
So hard to get your money out of your 401k here. Never had issues at other places
My former employer uses these folks to manage the retirement accts. I'm happy with their investment choices and fees
