I recently received my auto insurance renewal documents and my rates had gone up significantly (as they have been throughout NC). I called my agency(Walker Insurance) and spoke with Ashley, she was happy to obtain quotes with other carriers they write business with. Less than 24 hours later I had a quote for HALF of what my renewal was, with the same coverage options. Ashley was very helpful and professional. I recommend their services to anyone!

I was a customer of this agency for over 15 years and I am so disappointed at the service I was provided this year. My parents have been customers longer than that. This agency does not take ownership for incorrect information provided by their own agents. I called to have my plan, which was attached to my parents plan cancelled in March 2021. I had traded in my car and purchased a new car which I added to my fiancé's insurance with another company. I spoke with a lady who in retrospect was incompetent and unwilling to help me cancel the insurance for a car that I no longer owned. She lied to me and said my plan was cancelled and it never was.
