This office took my payment over the phone when I thought I had missed a payment through ' a bank draft". Then the bank draft went through. This caused me to have"insufficient funds" . this office refused to compensate me for the insufficient funds THAT THEY CAUSED ME TO PAY. I'm about to be retirement age.
Great people always willing to help on top of saving me several hundred dollars
