I get all my insurance here. Mr. Khan is polite and courteous. If he is busy, I can get help from Greg Taylor. The office was redecorated in very cheerful colors. I never have to wait too long! The secretary is very helpful!

Khan is the WORST! I had to review this agency because this is just unacceptable as a company representing a major company who usually does have Great Auto insurance Rates. I called to get a cancellation document the man went bonkers because I called to ask for it.. didn't even allow me to speak before he hung up on me in my face! Very RUDE, unprofessional and I don't not recommend this agency to anyone who likes business conducted professionally! Unfortunately Nationwide lost another client

This is a horrible company to do business with if I could give them zero stars I would they customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen no accountability whatsoever the girl who answers the phone gets mad if you ask her any questions she doesn’t know the difference between your insurance company and the next her favorite line is I don’t know who was here before and what they told you I only been here for four months you should let me write you a new policy I wouldn’t recommend these people to a enemy so unprofessional been with this company 7 plus years I was never told the agent who wrote my policy died this random person for the last two years has drop the wrong cars added other cars never knows how to fix the mistake you as the customer will end up paying more these people are a scam I
