Nationwide Insurance: Kenneth Ray Henry

Stay away from this agent. He worked out of another office in southeast Houston and had bad reviews there too. I was upsold an insurance policy to my home owners policy and was asked to pay upfront which I did. 2/3 months in, the policy was cancelled for an unknown reason. I called and spoke to Kenneth and asked for a refund of the remaining time and he said no. He said I was to get no money back because I paid for a service. I said I didn't mind paying for the time covered but felt I was entitled to a refund. He said I was getting nothing back. I contacted Kenneth for insurance needs and was up front with my requirements from the beginning. After wasting my time waiting for his options and me not going for his upsell on my policy, Mr. Kenneth replied as follows "If you want the cheap and easy, you have to get it from another agent. I can't sell it to you. It's not worth it to me." I am sorry but Mr. Kenneth R. Henry will never get a dime of my business.
