I have used Kenneth Franklin Insurance agency since I purchased my first car. Carole and Lorraine are both amazing to deal with. They're always available when you need something. It is very easy to get new quotes from them or make payments. They'll even let you know a few days before your payment is due with a phone call.
After Mr Franklin offered to help with our insurance needs I emailed and requested a quote. He couldn't be bothered to respond to my request. Further more he felt it necessary to discuss my insurance with other people. Definitely very poor service.
Kenneth has taken care of my insurance for over 20 years. He does a great job!
They may try to trick you, for example the only other review is from the dude who runs the business 🤦🏻♂️ And of course it’s gonna be five stars
