Judy has been our agent ever since we moved to town over 10 years ago. I have found her extremely knowledgeable, not only about various insurance issues but life in general. She is very responsive and has excellent follow up. We had to get our roof replaced this year and she was on top of it and I thought Nationwide's response was tremendous.
Judy has been our agent for a number of years, over 20 years and always given us great service.
She doesn't answer her phone, she doesn't keep normal business hours, it is impossible to get in touch with her. Worst agent ever and i called Nationwide to have my agent changed.
