Nationwide Insurance: Jillian O'Brien Insurance & Financial Services LLC

I inherited this agent from my old agent retiring years ago. I’ve been a customer with Nationwide for 25 years with three policies. Her office staff is pretty helpful and nice. Jillian Obrien is arrogant beyond belief. I had several issues with her over the years, most recently with a roof claim not getting paid when three of my neighbors got their claims paid in full Jillian kept telling me what her claim adj husband said, who had nothing to do with it, that basically went against my claim. Jillian told me repeatedly I was uninsurable for filing too many claims which is absurd since they kept taking my money. I thought I had a leak inmy basement pipes and then a day later realized I didnt. It was condensation making all The moisture and cancelled the claim. After a misunderstanding where

I had a hard time finding a good insurance agency to get my vehicle insure. I was frustrated, did not know where to go that I could trust. Because of the Grace of God. An acquaintance mentioned Jillian O'Brien insurance in Norwood, and there I was finding myself spoke to Mrs. Antoinette Celona Rowe. I could not have been happier after talking to her. What is a knowledgable, down to earth and certainly a kind human being. She has helped me to clarify what I need to get my vehicles insured. Courtney is the best employee in this office. She went above and beyond for me. She is friendly, professional, attentive to details and stays on top of things. She was the only one who was sympathetic and understanding of my frustration with the claim process. She was in contact with me almost everyday letting me know what was going on. I can't say enough good things about her and I can't thank her enough. As it turns out from what I am told from my body shop, it is the independent adjuster that held everything up. While they are not a Nationwide employee they are hired by Nationwide so I do still hold Nationwide responsible for the difficulties in getting my son's vehicle back a week and a half after it had been completed by the body shop. They may need to rethink their subcontractors.
