This agency has been like a family to me now. I have been a part of this agency for almost 3 years and have had no complaint. They provide the best customer service and the agent- Imee is very knowledgeable and helpful. She works really hard and manages to fulfill all the requests made by her customers with excellent service. It is a fortune that I get to do business with such a fair agent.

Rates went up 200.00 dollars without a call from my agent. I know they have multiple customers but would have appreciated the heads up. When I cancelled my policy they said I was required to show proof of insurance with my new company. I'm not sure this is state law but kinda of strange because I don't remember doing this in the past. If I have to shop again I'm not sure I would use this agency again. My policy was over 300.00 a month for 2 cars and 3 drivers without road side and rental car even before the 200.00 increase.

Imee Jackson is a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. She has helped me lower my premium and if I ever have any questions or concerns her and her staff are always available to help. I will be keeping my insurance with her for a long time.

if I can give a negative star I would!! Terrible service ! Imee Jackson is indeed a great agent that is also NEVER AVAILABLE, seems like the only interest is getting customers but not assisting with the service AFTER. Also don't believe the 5 star ratings its coming from employees!
