I’ve dealt with Nationwide Insurance for decades. The Nationwide broker, Insley Insurance of Delaware, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The customer service is excellent. When calling, if you get sent to voicemail, they will call you back in a short amount of time. Also, the agents at Insley will always help you find the most reasonable and cost effective insurance plans. Our home, business and vehicles are all covered by Nationwide.

The Insurance prices are reasonable but their customer skills definitely needs some improvements, coming from a graduated Human Services Student aka majored in “helping people”.

Amanda Donnelly was so very helpful with my flood policy issue! She is a great professional who showed tenacity and superior knowledge of the at times intricate insurance world! These people are the absolute worst at what they do. There have been times where I've had to call repeatedly because they haven't figured out how to answer a phone or listen to messages. Forget about getting a call back. They are in the insurance game to make money only. They make racketeers look good by comparison.
