Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from this agency. I've had a policy with them for over 10 years. They delayed in sending me the paperwork for policy cancellation and eventually began ignoring my phone calls. I've filed a complaint with the corporate office and have since cancelled my policy through corporate.
