Nationwide Insurance: Chester T Zentz Iii

Chet has been carrying my home & auto policies for — wow! — over 20 years now. (Happily,) I don't need to talk with him often, but when I do, I know I can count on his knowledge & insight. I've had similar experience with Nationwide. No one wants an occasion when they need to engage with their insurer. When I have, though, I've found their claims processing very fast & efficient, and their staff open, responsive & communicative to deal with. Surprisingly — and this facet of the insurance business doesn't get exposed on the consumer side of things — repair shops like dealing with Nationwide, too. I happened to get in a chat with a shop owner about insurers. He liked Nationwide, too, because they reimburse his claim jobs quickly, too. Does this mean repair shops move faster on work for

Chet's father's was my late husband's father's agent, if you followed that, lol. He then became ours when my husband got out of the Army and we moved back to Frederick. Chet took over and became our agent years ago. So betwen the 2 and the agency we had been with them for our home, cars and motorcycle for about 25 years. I realize that post saying he is unresponsive is from 4 years ago but It jumped out at me.And I feel compelled to write this. In over 25 years with the Zentz's and Nstionwide can I say they made mistakes or that they never made any mistakes with us. No I can't, because if they did or didn't it was so insignificant compared to the service we always received. They have always been an excellent and helpful agency which I have never had a problem left unresolved or ignored.

Very unresponsive agent , the worst I've had to deal with Your better going to someone else
