Nationsplan Insurance

Given one quote on the phone but when I showed up, the quote doubled. I was told it changed when information was entered, but I gave them our license #s and all info on the phone. I asked if all could be done over the phone because I was at the dealership purchasing a brand new vehicle and they needed insurance card, but was told I had to go in person so they could take pictures. IT'S A NEW VEHICLE! They misspelled a last name, so I had to wait for the correction to be reloaded and it was still wrong. I just left since salesman had to drive me there since I had to have insurance before I could sign paperwork and leave in my new vehicle. Parking area here is not ideal at all. Hours are not convenient for those of us working M-F 8am - 5pm. They were still lower than other places I called tho

Just a bunch of lazy clock milking people that work there i call for 30 minutes before they close no answer just ignore and i thought i knew a bunch of lazy worthless people should honestly replace the whole staff
