BEWARE, if you get hit by someone insured with this company, settle it through your insurance and let them work it out. Was hit by vehicle People2Places, insured by them, dash camera shows their fault (cut and dry according to them). Happened 11/04/2025 and haven’t settled! Agreed to settlement amount, no paperwork, no money, no communication. No one answers, no return calls, no email responses! Also, took possession of my totaled vehicle without my knowledge or permission, had personal items stolen. It has been terrible. If you are thinking of obtaining insurance with them, I would reconsider and, know they put the company in danger of being sued!!!

EMPLOYERS BEWARE! Do not let their cheap Workers Compensation policy mislead you into making the worst decision for your company. Once you sign a policy with them, your claim costs will astronomically skyrocket. Their reserving practice is overpricing everything and putting up for multiple scenarios. There is absolutely no compromising at all with them as they will not let anyone get in the way of their cutthroat and sleazy ways to take all they can from your company. This place will definitely get your Risk Manager fired. This company is certainly the lowest quality imaginable.

I get hurt at work over a year ago and this is the insurance company handling my workman's comp claim. Good luck getting a hold of anyone. I've already had three adjusters with no explanation on why they cut off disability at random times. Did you say oops error in the system? Finally got my surgery scheduled for my shoulder and they won't approve prescriptions and good luck getting physical therapy approved. Nightmare of a company. Should have had surgery 10 months ago. If you deal with these people over a workman's comp claim get an attorney

This company is a fly by night shady business doing insurance company! My vehicle was damaged by road debris that their client hit in the road they even admitted to it to me “ oh yeah we saw the dash camera that he did in fact hit road debris but he had no choice and no where to go” and “do you have dash camera footage to prove it was our clients fault, no you don’t well you’re S.O.L. good bye” shady company as well as their clients that they insure now I’m stuck with the bill to fix the damage. Don’t worry I will have my attorney reach out to you guys so y’all can pay me back for the damage repairs. Good day look forward to hearing back from y’all!

Terrible experience just like anyone else’s review. The original guy I talked to was good at getting back to me. Once they said my vehicle was totaled they have went AWOL on me. The guy’s phone goes straight to voicemail. Tells me to email him to schedule a time to call. Never emailed me back. This place is a joke. Have had to pay for a rental twice now because I have to work out of state.
