My insurance ends the 28th of each month and at the beginning it was getting the payment out of my bank because they tell you have to be 6 months in automated pay but no it's been more than 4 years and each time I say I want to stop the auto payment they say I can't because I'm going to lose the discount I have and they used to gwt the payment the day that the issue would expire now you have to pay A week before your due date abd just call a few minutes ago and the girl that answered Norma was rude . Corina and Francis they are great don't get me wrong

I should have looked at how many one star ratings you had before getting insurance with you guys. How is it when the insurance bill is due you want the money right now. And when I needed an estimate you tell me it will take 24 to 48 hours and it’s been a week longer than that. You guys don’t keep in touch with what the hell you guys are doing to help our situation. Your company is unprofessional! You don’t care about your customers or even pretend to act like it. I wish I never supported your lousy business.

I have had Fred Loya Insurance off & on again & I am currently with them. I can’t even begin to describe the hate & anger I am feeling for them. My car just got broken into over the weekend & there is over $3,000 worth of damages done to my car. I did everything they told me to do for my claim. In the end the insurance adjusters stated that they don’t cover automobile vandalism & stolen property. So now I am stuck with a $3,000 even though it’s not my fault. Believe me I have filed with the Attorney General’s office, the Better Business Bureau, & Consumers Affaires. This company is a huge scam & they will be happy to take all of your money! What ever you do, do not come here, they will screw You with your pants on & then 💩 on You will smiles on there faces. Plus the money you pay them goes
