The insurance is not like AFLAC or Colonial Life. They present it like it is and it's not. Please watch what you enroll in and how they pay out. The process is very cumbersome and slow to pay out after you've made years of payments.

One of the best policies you can have and Vernell is great at explaining all the benefits at a price to fit any budget. Customer service is very responsive. I chose this over AFLAC years ago because it offers the same coverage at half the price.

Our family purchased a cancer policy from them and when it was time to collect because my daughter has leukemia. They said they need more proof after my doctor sent them letters and medical records. They still said that is not good enough. Now they owe me $4800 and they wont pay it. And they are not taking my calls. Don't waste your time with them. Save your money.

My experience with NFC over the past 35 years and I have had several family members , friends filing claims and the customer service was awesome!

This is a fraud Insurance company. They have been sending me fraud emails for months. I tried emailing them to stop spending me emails and they continue to do it anyway. People beware of companies like this, they will take your money and fail to deliver you services. I would give this company zero stars if I could.
