National Association of Professional Agents (NAPA)

I have had E & O coverage through NAPA for two years now. They were more affordable than what my company offered. The Free CE vouchers were an extra benefit that I appreciate. Customer service is so friendly, and truly listens. I had a self-inflicted issue with the CE credits. The advisor had to escalate it to management and promised me an email by the next morning. I received the email with my issue resolved, and the advisor called me to make sure I got the email and that everything was resolved.
