Please READ it will SAVE YOU— Stay Away from This Company – Nothing but Lies and Scams We’ve been dealing with a nightmare since an accident that happened in July – which was not our fault. We were hit, and we even have proof that the other driver admitted full responsibility. Despite all this, the insurance company is now trying to charge us over $2,000, claiming we didn’t have insurance at the time of the accident. That is 100% false. They keep telling us to call Grant Martin, who supposedly told them we didn’t have INSURANCE – yet he never answers his phone. At this point, it feels like he either knows he’s wrong and is avoiding us,BECAUSE THEY MAD WE SWITCHED insurance. or the whole operation is just a scamm THATS the only thing there good at LIE to people they should literally quit t

Stay away from this insurance company.. they will lie and discriminate you.. wont help at all.. will insult you and rep. Wont let you talk to their managers.. if you have complaints.. wont help you with your claims but will take your money In a heartbeat without providing any type of services!!! Save your money and your time.. stay away!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!

I just want to tell to Mustafa, please value your customers, a sales agent doesn't have full rights. Customers always have options to go. There is always a reason to choose an Auto Insurance company.

Had an insurance agent by the name of Monica Hall she gave very poor service, constantly kept lying about issuing my check and my rental car. She is never in office and doesn’t answer the phone. I believe she needs to look for new employment if I could give 0 stars I would! Highly disappointed and do not recommend this agency to anyone!

I called in to get a quote for my car and the young lady that was helping me out flat out hung up on me. Very bad customer service. Don’t recommend at all. 👎🏽
