Unresponsive, Unreliable, and Unacceptable 6/4/25:The level of service I received from this State Farm agency was consistently disappointing and ultimately pushed me to leave. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my policy—starting with an email nearly two months ago, followed by several calls and even a voicemail—I received no response. I called again on May 28, was told to send a text (which I did), and was promised a reply within 2 days. Over a week later, my policy was still active. I had already moved to another insurer, who also submitted a cancellation request, but nothing was processed. I even had to have Amex block all charges from State Farm because I anticipated they’d attempt to charge me (which they did) despite my clear communication that I was not renewing. Because the paym
