Very dissatisfied with Nabors insurance and the companies they represent. I had been a customer of theirs for almost 8 years. Never used or filed any claims on my homeowners policy. After 7 1/2 years of not using filing any claims, we need to file a hail damage claim on our roof. Well guess what we found out, Nabors, without ever consulting my wife or me, had changed our deductible structure from our original policy. We originally had $1000 deductible and $2000 deductible on hail damage. They moved our hail damage to 2% of insuranced value and also to an ACV coverage on the roof. Needless to say, we got about $8000 coverage for a $23000 roof. And the company they put us with, SafePoint may be the most dishonest and horrible group of people ever. 10 out of 10 the worst insurance Company.... Don't do business with them... They will raise ur deductible and ur premium... Won't try to shop for the best deals
