I have been with Mystic Insurance for 9 years. They have contacted me several times during, that time, to let me know that they found better rates for my homeowners insurance. Because they are a smaller family owned business, they are able to go above and beyond to help their customers. I needed to send a picture of my flood vents but was away from my home for awhile- so they went to my house and took the pictures for me! I highly recommend them!

I truly cannot thank Kim enough. It was my first time getting auto insurance on my own and being recommended to Mystic Insurance was an absolute blessing. Kim was super nice, so helpful, and made the process quick and hassle free for me. Without a doubt, would definitely recommend!!

Kim is disrespectful I sent all my documents in had to call too make sure they were recieved she got mad that it was in her junk mail than proceeded to tell me her husband has knee problems and she's never supposed to be in the office past a certain time than I got hung up on i have an issue everytime it's time for me to renew It really shouldn't be this difficult to get insurance and if she hates her job she should find a new one. Can't even go too the facility because the address brings you too an empty lot. I've read in other reviews that she's always bringing up family issues that has nothing to do with insurance in itself she shouldn't even have a job speaking and treating people the way she does

I want to share my honest experience for anyone who might relate but feels too ashamed to speak up. I’m not ashamed, and you don’t have to be either. I purchased Dollar a Day insurance through Mystic Island Insurance with Kim on August 5th. The process started off wonderfully. My spouse handled the call since I struggle with social anxiety, and when I later spoke with Kim myself, she was kind and understanding. That compassion made it possible for me to complete the process and pay for the full year. Three months passed, and I still hadn’t received my insurance cards. When my spouse called to follow up, the tone of the conversation was completely different uncomfortable and dismissive. Rhonda at Mystic Insurance Agency has been my home insurance agent for a couple of years now. I feel that I am in good hands with her and this company. Always professional and friendly and answers questions and gets quotes to me very quickly. I have referred her to my friends and family. I highly recommend this company and Rhonda is a pleasure to work with.
