My experience with Liberty has been extremely disappointing. Less than a month after switching to them, I received a letter stating that I needed to make several repairs or my policy would be dropped. I hired a contractor to inspect everything, and they confirmed that nothing required repairs and provided photos as documentation. Liberty refused to accept the photos and demanded proof of repairs, even though no repairs were needed. Their process is confusing and unreasonable, and they offer no clear explanation or justification for their decisions. Would not recommend.
