I have never met a group of more unprofessional people. I wanted to renew a policy and they wanted me to fill out a form that looks like a child wrote it and it was copied multiple times. When I questioned the legitimacy of this form I was asked why I was "being difficult" and the sales rep hung up on me. I don't know what kind of rinky dink side show is being run here but I will no longer be using their services. Do yourself a favor and just go directly to the insurance provider you want and bypass this joke of a company.
We moved here from the state of Florida. Brian was extremely helpful in working with us to transfer our insurance to the state of Pennsylvania. Extremely knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Thank you Brian and your staff awsome insurance office.
Just go straight to the insurance company. Leave out this middle man.
