I recently had an accident, after just joining Plymouth Rock. I filled out the accident form & mailed it in. Every person I've spoken to has been polite and professional. I found it refreshing to speak with someone I can understand. They answered my questions and I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they are. Other insurance companies I joined in the past actually don't answer their phones. I couldn't even find the phone number of another one. They were all very difficult to reach & sometimes I had to contact them by email, or Chat. I am pleased with Plymouth Rock.

This insurance agency is the best & I would go one step further saying it is because of Kim Kerins. I would rate A+++ Kim is fantastic .. always so nice, professional and helpful.. she returns your call immediately & always happy to help you! Thank you Kim … you are the BEST !!
