The woman I talked to on the phone was very rude. She acted like I was wasting her time and wanted to hurry me off the phone.

Was dealing with Mr. Murray for years & had no problems. He'd find me great quotes but the staff are not professional & are rude‼️ I'd rather deal with Mr. Murray ONLY‼️ I'll take my business elsewhere‼️👎👎👎👎👎

Gonna get you the best prices that shows for your driving history multiple companies to choose from professional staff ooh they've dealt with me chopping up numbers plans a thousand questions and I will continue to use their services as long as I'm in the Texarkana Metropolitan Area it's good to go where everybody knows your name I know I've at least used their services since 2020 I called as many major insurance companies as possible none best Murray's Insurance this five star rating is real and i appreciate this office staff for taking the time out to care enough to go the extra mile so the community is insured go check it out for yourself the numbers don't lie there are twenty day policies available

Employees are not very good at communicating. I had called to get a quote She told me she would call me back in 30 minutes, never called me back. And when I called back she told me that they were so busy that they didn't have time to do call backs. So I waited 2 hours later to call and get the price on the quote that I had asked for hours prior. She claimed she had called me back and told me the price which she did not do. They do not accept debit card just cash only and only tell you when you show your card.

Very nice individuals. Their building looks a bit rough but I think they're experiencing a bad time. They are really sweet people and do their best with what is going on. I love using this company and they are absolutely amazing people. Definitely reccomend this business to insure your cars or vehicles. Lol.
