Sloppy with poor communication. They issued a home insurance policy for me at the wrong address. Also, they cancelled my car insurance without my authorization. When I realized and reached out to them, they said I had to sign a Statement of No Loss to cover them with the insurance company for the time I was without insurance due to their mistake. Spoke on the phone with Zach to try to resolve- bad communication and lack of accountability. Used to love the firm but they've had some internal changes recently and it’s clear they’ve really fallen off. Use at your own risk.
