Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate. Just bad business. Was recommended by family and was okay the first two years. In the third year, they made a mistake. I informed them of a mistake, and it was brushed off. Now I'm dealing with the younger lady who really seemed like a helper, then a "tax exspert." This year in 2025, we decided to wait for the main tax expert in the office to assist us. We arrived shortly after they opened. There was a line due to them not taking appointments, but we waited even when our name was called by other staff. We assumed they were going off the waiting list but soon found they cater to specific clients. I didn't like the service and the tax advisor didn't seem informed. Paid 4k on property tax and paid a lot of interest in mortgage interest and still owned 5k. No credits nothing. In my opinion just collect for the irs
