I've been with them for 2 years and with no notice, they doubled my bill. I was paying $20 a month until my new bill came out and it was $45.00 a month. I've now switched to Liberty and I'm saving $18 a month!

They scammed me continue to charge me after my lease is up for six months and refuse to cancel. Hide their fine print in the app folio at the apartments to make it difficult to cancel. I was homeless and they insist on charging monthly

Has to be a scam can’t find anything about this place, they just charged me nearly $200 I haven’t lived in Florida for a year now

Absolute scam. Had to pay a $50 renewal fee because the policy didn't cancel when my lease ended and then had to pay another $3 to cancel the goddamn lease. And that's on top of the monthly charge. Avoid at all costs.

Charging my card since 2023- tried reaching out to get everything sorted out but no one answers the phone.
