Mr Auto Insurance

Look i sent my wife here to get insurance they told us it would be 93dollars a month after we paid the down payment for the insurance so we did we payed the down payment and since have deposited 75dollars into there account for this past month and planed on paying them another 25dollars this week so we was a little a head on the 93dollars we owe each month tell me why we received a billing statement and notice of cancelation on her insurance saying the amount we owe is $74.20 we asked them if we paid the down payment is that all we have to pay other then the 93dollars a month and the lady said yes that is correct I had my wife call several times no answer left several messages and no response I got up today and have called multiple times and still no answer I dont understand why they will

If I could give zero stars I would. Had Mr. Auto back when they were in the Walmart plaza and due to the office never being open on time and randomly being closed for the day I had several late fees because I couldn't pay my bill. The one time I needed them to actually do anything besides take my money (fax my proof of insurance to BMV after I was rear ended) I got my license suspended due to them not doing this simple task that I turned in the day I got the letter. (At least 30 days notice) I got Progressive through Greeno Insurance and haven't looked back. Much better service, a better price, regular hours, and an agent that is actually on top of things.

A very professional woman that handled all of my insurance issues. SHE saved me a lot would recommend MR.AUTO .
