He is quick to answer emails and has been thorough in all of the explanation of benefits whenever I have questions. He even gives himself reminders to check for lower rates on policies when they are up for renewal. When I first started working with him a year ago he was able to find auto and home coverage cheaper than what I was paying. Highly recommend!
