Amanda Back is AMAZING!! Yesterday, I left her a VM followed by an email that a rock had cracked my windshield. Within an hour, she had filed a claim and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon to have Safelite come to my home and replace the windshield. Amanda provides customer service!!

Was told watch email for insurance offers later that day. Well never arrived.

I used this insurance company for many years. When it came down to paying out on an accident I had, they drew out the clam for so long that I got ahold of the insurance commissioner. We still haven’t finished our claim. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you do use this company make sure if you have an accedent you get at least three quotes on the damage before turning in a quote. That way you have proof x3 of the actual damage. They will draw it out for years. We had x2 proof and they still fought us on it.

This surplus insurance is void of any decency, honesty or integrity. They are completely amoral. They manipulate and manufacture so they never lose. I don't know how the people that work there sleep at night. Complete scumbag company.
